Terms and Conditions – PH JILI Online Betting Philippines

1. General Terms

Welcome to ph jili. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you, the registered player, and phjili.best ("ph jili", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the ph jili platform — including but not limited to sports betting, Sabong, Virtual Sports, JILI Slots, Color Game, and the VIP Club — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ph jili operates as an online gaming and betting platform serving Filipino players in the Philippines. The platform is designed and maintained with Philippine players specifically in mind, offering GCash and Maya payment integration, Philippine English customer support, and locally relevant games including live e-Sabong, volleyball betting, and Color Game.

ph jili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ph jili, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of gameplay.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any ph jili employee.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with ph jili or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You must not be accessing ph jili from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

ph jili performs identity verification (KYC) on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth — is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account at ph jili. This restriction applies regardless of whether accounts are registered under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices. Operating multiple accounts — even temporarily — is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your ph jili login credentials. ph jili strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available in your account security settings. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords with any third party. ph jili will never ask you for your full password via email, chat, or phone.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to keep your account information accurate and current at all times. If your mobile number, email address, or payment method changes, you must update your account details before initiating a withdrawal. ph jili cannot process withdrawals to payment methods that do not match the identity information on your account.

3.4 Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your ph jili account at any time by contacting our support team at support@phjili.best. All pending bets will be settled according to the standard rules of each game. Any withdrawable balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days of confirmed account closure.

4. Deposits

ph jili accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, Visa debit/credit card, and Mastercard debit/credit card.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 for all e-wallet methods. ₱200 for bank transfers and card payments.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers and card payments may take up to 30 minutes to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
• ph jili does not charge any fees for deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• ph jili reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or frequent deposits as part of our AML compliance obligations.

5. Withdrawals

ph jili is committed to fast, reliable withdrawals for all verified Filipino players. The following rules govern the withdrawal process:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200.
• Processing time: Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically completed within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers are processed within 1–4 hours.
• Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method registered under the same name as the ph jili account. This is a strict anti-fraud and AML requirement that cannot be waived.
• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires a valid government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, or UMID) and a selfie with your ID.
• ph jili reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals above ₱50,000.
• Withdrawals from bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 6.
• ph jili does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing time may be affected during national holidays or system maintenance windows, which will be communicated in advance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers at ph jili are subject to the specific wagering requirements and conditions stated in the individual promotion. The general principles that apply to all ph jili bonuses are:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Uncompleted wagering results in the bonus being forfeited; the original deposit is unaffected.
• ph jili reserves the right to cancel any bonus that it has reasonable grounds to believe was claimed in bad faith, through multiple accounts, or by exploiting a technical error.
• Bonus credits and real money credits are kept separately. Bets are placed from real money first unless the player specifies otherwise.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

The ph jili welcome bonus for new players is available on the first qualifying deposit. Wagering requirements for the welcome bonus are 10× the bonus amount on eligible JILI Slots at a minimum stake of ₱20 per spin. The welcome bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of crediting.

6.3 Weekly Cashback

Weekly cashback promotions at ph jili are calculated on net losses within the qualifying calendar week (Monday to Sunday). Cashback is credited as real money — not bonus credits — and is withdrawable without additional wagering requirements unless the individual promotion states otherwise.

6.4 VIP Club Rewards

VIP Club rewards are governed by the separate VIP Club terms available on the VIP Club page. Tier downgrade rules, point expiry, and reward redemption conditions are all detailed there.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and Virtual Sports markets on ph jili:

• All bets must be confirmed before an event begins. ph jili does not accept bets placed after the official start time of any event, except where in-play/live betting is explicitly offered.
• Minimum bet per selection: ₱50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Bets are binding once confirmed. ph jili does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed.
• In the event of an event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, ph jili will follow the standard rules for each sport: football bets are void if the game does not complete 90 minutes; basketball bets require at least 43 minutes of play to be valid.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, even if market odds change subsequently.
• ph jili reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing error is reasonably apparent, or where there is evidence that the bet was placed using information that was not publicly available at the time of bet placement.

8. Sabong-Specific Rules

ph jili's live e-Sabong section is subject to the following additional rules, reflecting the specific nature of cockfighting events:

• Bets on Meron, Wala, and Draw are accepted until the official bet closure signal for each fight.
• Fight-to-Draw (FTD): If a fight ends as a Draw, all Meron and Wala bets are refunded in full to the player's ph jili wallet. Draw bets pay at the stated odds.
• Cancelled fights: If a fight is cancelled before it begins, all bets for that fight are voided and stakes returned.
• Stream delays are inherent to live broadcasting. ph jili employs systems to prevent bets being placed after the official result is available, but is not liable for minor stream latency that is outside our technical control.
• ph jili's Sabong content is sourced from licensed cockpit arenas. ph jili is not responsible for the conduct, scheduling changes, or decisions made by the hosting arena.

9. JILI Slots & Casino Games

All JILI Slots and casino games at ph jili use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently certified for fairness. The following terms apply to all JILI Slots and casino game play:

• Certified RTP rates for each JILI Slot are displayed in the game lobby. These rates represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• Technical malfunctions — including game freezes, connectivity interruptions, or display errors — void all bets affected by the malfunction. ph jili will credit any stake lost due to a confirmed technical fault to the player's wallet.
• Jackpot wins are subject to manual verification for amounts above ₱500,000. Verification is completed within 24 hours and does not prevent the player from playing with other funds in the meantime.
• The Buy Bonus feature, where available, constitutes a direct purchase of a bonus round and is subject to the same RTP as naturally triggered bonus rounds. Buy Bonus purchases are not eligible for bonus wagering contributions unless explicitly stated in an active promotion.

10. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

ph jili is committed to maintaining a fair playing environment for all registered players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of associated winnings, and possible legal action:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any system that places bets without direct human input.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or odds pricing mistakes to place bets at advantageous terms that were not intended by ph jili.
• Collusion between two or more players to artificially influence the outcome or payout structure of any game or bet.
• Matched betting or arbitrage strategies that guarantee profit by exploiting promotional offers across multiple accounts.
• Money laundering — using ph jili to process, transfer, or obscure funds derived from illegal activity. ph jili complies fully with Philippine AML regulations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Any attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with ph jili's platform code, APIs, or database.

11. Privacy & Data

ph jili collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at phjili.best/privacy-policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph jili will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law and our operating licence conditions. 12. Responsible Gaming

ph jili takes responsible gaming seriously and provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly in your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap your net losses within a defined time period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from ph jili for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration selected.
• Reality check reminders: Receive a pop-up notification at set intervals showing your session duration and net balance movement.

13. Account Suspension & Closure by PH JILI

ph jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks filed against ph jili on a verified deposit that the player has already spent or withdrawn.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts will be notified 30 days before any balance adjustment. Funds in dormant accounts are never forfeited and remain withdrawable at any time after successful re-verification.

In all suspension cases, ph jili will communicate the reason for suspension to the player's registered email address. Players may appeal a suspension decision by contacting support@phjili.best within 30 days of the notification.

14. Limitation of Liability

ph jili provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous availability and accurate information, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. ph jili shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Bets lost or missed due to technical issues outside ph jili's direct control, including Philippine network provider outages, device failures, or internet connectivity interruptions on the player's side.
• Decisions made by the player based on information displayed in error due to a software or data feed malfunction — such bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use ph jili.

ph jili's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of the stake placed in the transaction giving rise to the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is greater.

15. Changes to These Terms

ph jili may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email and an in-platform notification at next login. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of the ph jili platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using ph jili and may request account closure as described in Section 3.4.
